This commission from Shirley and Sherwin Glass was meant to be the frontispiece to their collection when it was eventually housed in a museum collection. It is intended to show their love for each other and the love of collecting glass sculpture that they shared. Ion the center is their double portrait surrounded by a sculptural collage of works by many of the artists that they featured in their acquisitions, among them are Dan Clayman, Howard Ben Tre, Mary Shaffer, William Morris, Bertil Valien, and Kimiake and Shin-ichi Higuchi.
